    Fella?

    You think your wiser hey..

Well, you should be happy Spence spotted that injury, because if he fought it out with Pacquiao. Not only will Pacquiao destroy him. Pac will have to live a life of guilt for Blinding a prime man in Spence.

Consolation prize. Pac gets Spence belts, but the guilt of murdering Spence in the ring.. That will be barbaric and entertaining to watch, but I don't think any fighter would want that in their conscience that they fought a broken man.

What a shame this all happened.. Don't you think?

That's what BH and most of us are thinking..

They were hiding this part because it will bring down Spence Stocks..

It makes sense.. It wasn't just a tear.. It was a major issue, a Retinal Detachment. It's Career ending..
i said it... team spence was banking on winning the pac fight... then spence will take time off to recover and when he comes back he'll still have leverage over the other WW because he beat manny. but as the fight got closer, they realized that spence aint ready and pac is looking good in training so the risk is too much and so they pulled out...

Well, if it's a detached Retina. He'll be sidelined for 2-3 years.. And don't expect him to be the same again..Detached Retina is career ending.

If Spence shows up after 2 months and fights. Then obviously he faked an injury.

Then this thread is another baloney sandwich.

        Only time will tell.

          Yeah, that's what I figured.

And that mug shot itself wouldn't really show the torn retinal. The eye being red doesn't indicate that.

Faked an injury? Lawd have mercy! If he is out 2-3 months, that means this was a tear and not a complete detachment.

For sure, there is time for that fight...But I wish these guys would get it on earlier so we can potentially see two fights or even a trilogy between the two.

That's why it is so annoying the young LWs are not being matched up because there are so many fights we can get out of the series.;...Even with Spence and Crawford. Best case scenario that Spence doesn't have a full tear and it is just a tear and he's fully recovered....We are only getting one fight between the two...AT BEST!

If this source is true, then do you believe Spence was injured now assholes? The man couldn't see. There was no way that any doctor or commission was about to clear a blind man to fight.

As far as his future career is concerned; Nah! He'll be back. Modern medicine has come a long way since the 1970s and 1980s. However, it is something that he is going to have to monitor and cope with for the balance of his boxing career.

It's because there's at least a 15 percent chance of that the other eye becomes torn or detached as well.

Once his surgery is successfully completed he shall be back in the ring in no time. However, he won't have the same vision acuity as before. He can expect a slight loss of vision; Especially in his peripheral vision.

The doctors have said that he would be able to resume his boxing career again once the surgery has been successfully completed.
