Is manny the most skilled boxer today

Years ago many people myself included thought manny was mostly athleticism

then as an old man he beat Thurman which further legitimized his skills

Alvarez is great but hasn’t won big fights as convincingly as manny has

Crawford is cute in the ring but hasn’t beat many real ones

Today? Who knows. He was in danger in the second half of the Thurman fight. I'm not sure if he's the most skilled today, but off top (excluding canelo because you mentioned him)

    Caleb Plant
    Inoue
    Spence

are 3 boxers I'd say are more skilled than Pac.

Best boxer? Maybe Lomachenko. But best boxer doesnt mean best fighter.

A lot of the eastern euro guys who go pro late like Loma have really good technical boxing skills but fall apart if you make it a grimy fight and stick it on em.

Pac has a lot of experience and clearly has great ability. What he does he does very well and often opponents have no answer to it

Nowhere near. He's still got his speed and stamina surprisingly at his age.

That's funny because it did win Khan fights and if he had a chin he'd have won more.

                    No.

Canelo is the most skilled active boxer today.

Then it is anyone's guess from there but I think Spence, Inoue, and Davis aren't too far behind. Pacquiao could be in that group but Canelo is the top of the pyramid for skilled boxers.
