But instinctual, natural skills pac is up there now and even with the greats

PAC is getting by with good skill but moreso experience. He never been a greatly skilled guy, why he always had problems with Marquez even though Manny became a better 147lber.

I think his footwork and angles are the most elite thing about him skill wise.

I think Pac is elite skill. It's just counterpunchers give the impression of being more skilled. Look at Pac s fight where his opponents tried to be macho against him.

The technical word derives from the word Technique. That in itself is skill. Skills that got him where he is are his techniques that are unorthodox but are effective skills that made him great. If you can't see the difficulty in his techniques. Then you don't appreciate why it is, "technical."
