If he wins decisively against Spence with no controversies, then yes.
That would top Canelo's disputed win over Golovkin.

What? If Khan had a decent chin he'd have won more, like Pacquiao. If Pacquiao had a chin like Khan he'd be getting KTFO too. "so the phuck you's talkin bout brah?"

Pac has got to be the most ability and very skilled. He has rarely lost decisions when it's gone to cards so must be skilled
roach taught Pac all he knows

Canelo is the most skilled active boxer today.

Then it is anyone's guess from there but I think Spence, Inoue, and Davis aren't too far behind. Pacquiao could be in that group but Canelo is the top of the pyramid for skilled boxers.

Although Pac used to ko everyone he was always ahead on cards before stopping you if that means anything. Also you never got the impression with Pac that he was losing on points so needed a ko.
Maybe you thought jmm was ahead in cards, or morales or floyd was. But over 70 fights that's not bad is it?
He's got to be skilled. Hed be a great trainer oneday

Manny to me has the highest score in skills set if you sum them all.

                      - Ring IQ
                      - Ring generalship
                      - Footwork
                      - Hand speed
                      - Quickness
                      - Defense
                      - Awareness
                      - Punching Power
                      - Accuracy

Canelo biggest attribute is that he is brutally strong like a mini war tank. Also has equally punching power, he's fast but just a decent skill set. If he face the real deal competition then he won't look that dominant.
