Pac-Man is a straight dog fighter. I swear. This man just loves the sport. To still be doing this at this level and at his age, is really something special and I wish more people appreciated this.

I’ve been telling anyone who would listen that they need to appreciate this man way more and if he beats Spence, he probably has a real case for top 5 ATG. He really is that special.

I came in here to comment on how absolutely legendary it is that Pacquiao doesn’t view himself as an ATG. But, from reading the others posters before me it seems as though everyone agrees. This quote below is what true drive is. Nowadays we get endless quotes of modern day athletes reading their press clippings, listening to the various yes-men in their entourage, beating their chest and believing that their minor accomplishments are somehow unheard of and the grandest thing to ever occur. And then there is Pacquiao superseded only by a handful of athletes of the last 2 decades, yet still unsure if his accomplishments are enough. LEGEND

If one were to compare the two resume's; Then Pac is already an all-time great win or lose. He has nothing to prove against Errol Spence, Jr.

I'm surprised at how good Manny's answer were. Good, honest, thoughtful, open, humble responses. So many athletes just give pat responses that don't tell you anything, but every answer here is worth reading.

Manny speaks so well in his own language and I've never noticed how smart of a guy he really is when his dialouge is put on paper. I have lower level tickets and if Covid screws this fight up for me, I'm done with boxing. Well, maybe.
