I think Ruiz beats Wilder. Not so sure about Fury just on his size and awkwardness. Fury will just get an his bike and paw with the jab so Ruiz don't get close. Amazing though when fury boxes like that ( practically every fight ) he's a master boxer and yet when AJ does that he's scared and running. Think I'll shake and scratch my head on those clowns.

Gassiev couldn't hit Usyk and and Gassiev has faster hands and foot speed than AJ. On top of that, I've yet to see Usyk rocked, even if he did run for his life once or twice against Chisora. He's been in there with some there with some heavy sluggers too. I could see her majesty's serfs losing a bunch of money on this one. Trafalgar was awesome today though !
Which is why this is a bigger test for AJ. Can he win? Clearly you would say no. But he's accepting the challenge and testing himself against one of the best fighters in world boxing today. He may be found wanting ,but he's manning up and trying to be great were other fighters just aren't and yet he's criticised so much lol. But people who feel small have to try to feel big somehow I suppose. Safer to win fights on social media for some.

If AJ wins they will change their stance and then Usyk will become an average heavyweight. Funny people.

What they can't handle is that there's a fighter out there that accepts the most dangerous fights and takes on the toughest challenges while their fighters are such a let down in that department.

Yes and No. I was one of 2 or 3 people who picked Ruiz to beat AJ in the first fight, but he was unranked having been inactive for 2 years prior to signing with PBC.

For a terrible fighter AJ has one hell of a record. Wins, unifies, defends against mandatories, rematches to avenge defeat. He's knocked guys out when he was just a bodybuilder with no gas tank, then of course he was just a runner when he boxed to a unanimous decision.

According to NSB (and Bob Arum) he's never entered a fight against a fighter that wasn't going to beat him, then according to the same people he hasn't beaten a guy that wasn't just there for the payday.

Usyk v Joshua is a cracking fight. Joshua deserves every credit for his titles, resume and standing in the sport. But he's taking on a guy who I think is his nightmare matchup style. I feel like I know how Usyk will come in, but I'm not sure how Joshua approaches it. 235 or 245, at distance or just go for a dogfight?

Whoever wins deserves all the plaudits.

                  Good Post.

AJ has plenty of flaws and he's a frustrating fighter to watch as he makes the same flubs a lot, but he gets the job done and has flashes of brilliance.

Hard fight vs Usyk, very hard, tactics on the night will decide it, personally AJ HAS to impose his size on Usyk, he has to make that an issue, if he can do that he will be in with a decent shout, if the fights at range he will need to find a hail Mary and I wouldn't rely on that.

AJ and tough challenges?!? Name literally one legit tough challenge. Literally just one. It’s not just him mind you, this era is so weak that all the resumes at heavyweight are basically trash. There are three guys who matter on a resume at this point and the only one with a victory over another is Fury. AJ beats on overhyped domestic fighters nobody ranks but Brits, very nearly got stopped by the ghost of grandpa Wlad, and got battered by a guy who just had a hard night out against the ghost of The Nipple.
