How can you put Lennox Lewis in the same sentence as Sven Ottke? Lennox Lewis is a true ATG, he fought in America and is a top 10 Heavyweight of all time. But since you put him in the same sentence as Sveen Ottke I'm presuming you think Lennox Lewis was also just a hyped up euro-bum right? this same goes for Nigel Benn.

Ontopic, Joe Calzaghe is an hall of famer but not an atg, and he is no way the best fighter from britain of all time.

Be thorough and say why he doesnt deserve it. I dont particularly care for Joe Louis' style but he was a winner and good at the way he did his thing. I was never high on DLH but he consistently won and faced good opponents. I dont think Hatton is a very good boxer skill-wise but he fought good comp and won 40 fights so I wont attack his fans for giving him an ATG nod. Well unless they diss one of my favs. U see the pattern Im making. Rhyme and reason.

Everyone knows why he doesn't deserve it. He's undefeated for a reason, and it is not because he's one of the ATG. What i was trying to say was that there is motive to why fans of his constantly have to hail him, and convince boxing fans that he really is as good as his record. Read between my lines

Calzaghe is an hall of famer just for the fact that he was graced as a good fighter in a ****ty division. He isnt a hall famer cause he is one of the best fighters ever he just managed to finish his career undefeated.
