Once again little boy.. no UFC Champion will ever become a World Champion in boxing.
Conor is known to have a **** gas tank in MMA as well. Doesnt change the fact that one minute of MMA is not the same as one minute of pure boxing, cardio wise.

Like I said, the money is going to catch up, probably within the next decade. We are talking about a sport that has basically existed since the 90s and has already grown rapidly with plenty more room to grow. The paydays are much better today than they were in the 00s.

"little boy" haha, so salty. You're gonna get even more salty over time because the obvious trajectory is MMA continuing to grow while boxing continues to decline, and really MMA is arguably already bigger than boxing now by a lot of measurable criteria. Boxing fans shrugged it off and called bull**** when people predicted it back in the 00s now look where we are. I dont even say that in a gloating way either, i'm a boxing fan too, but anyone thats being objective can see the way things are going.

Also, you talk about boxing world titles like they're so prestigious lol. The prestige of a belt in boxing is entirely based on the guy holding it, because with all the politics and cherry picking all kinds of bums can get their hands on a title and potentially hold onto it for years. For the most part UFC champions are more credible and more well known these days.

MMA continuing to grow but they can't keep a champion for more than 2 years. Jesus man. Boxing has been 'dying' since the 30's. You've got nothing dude. Bigger than boxing but their fighters get paid peanuts. Why? Not because some dude keeps all the money, but because they can't pay their fighters as much as boxers. It's meritocracy buddy. You can like MMA all you want. People with $$ would much rather watch boxing than two guys wrestling around on the ground with their nuts in their faces. It's just the truth. MMA doesn't pass the eye test like boxing does. WWF wrestlers are UFC champions. Just move on bro.

I said declining, not dying, or do you think most of the biggest fights of the last 5 years being freakshows involving Youtubers, MMA fighters, retired boxers etc doesnt constitute a decline? I mean, it was declining before that too which is why we are getting these fights in the first place.

The pay is because the UFC has a relative monopoly on its sport, and also because its such a young sport. You're criticizing the pay of something that essentially came into existence while Tyson was in jail. And like I told you, the money has been growing at a rate where its very reasonable to assume the pay will catch up to boxing before long. Its pretty common now for individual fighters to make more than the entire payroll for a UFC card 15 years ago.

In reality if the average potential combat sports fan tunes into a boxing card and a UFC card they are probably going to end up an MMA fan. Hence why MMA has closed the gap on boxing so ****ing quickly, arguably even overtaken it, its attracted more new fans because its more eye catching. Imagine trying to argue that a sport that has **** like the Jorge flying knee 5 sec KO or this...

        doesnt pass the eye test....please.

This shows your lack of understanding. It used to be the norm for actual legitimate wrestlers to go into pro wrestling before MMA blew up, because thats where the paydays were. Kurt Angle was a real olympic gold medallist who was just a few years too early and missed the boat with MMA. Brock who you are alluding to was a division 1 national HW champion wrestler with a record of 106-5. Not sure why you think him winning a belt makes the UFC look bad, especially considering even now at 43 he would dispatch of Fury, AJ and Wilder back to back to back probably in less than 5 mins of total fight time.

Nope. In practical terms its been 2005 to now. The UFC was blacklisted off of PPV and from running a lot of venues from 1997 until 2001 when Zuffa bought it dirt cheap. The no1 MMA org was in Japan until the UFC started gaining traction after The Ultimate Fighter debuted. The sport wasnt even called "MMA" until the 00s for ****s sake.

Geez do I really need to point out all the ways this is true?

It used to be on Spike tv, now its on ESPN outdrawing Top Rank on the same network. It used to be either ignored or reviled by mainstream media, now it gets the same level of coverage as boxing. EA used to make boxing games and actually originally rejected making UFC games, now they make UFC games and there hasnt been a major boxing game in a decade. Boxing used to easily be a bigger PPV draw, now its the other way round. Boxers used to be easily the most famous combat sports athletes, now theres far more stars in MMA (look at social media followings, Youtube views and the range of names drawing on PPV), Conor is the biggest star in combat sports by far and old MMA fighters are fighting Youtubers and old retired boxers in boxing PPVs that outdraw serious boxing matches. The MMA ban in NYC was only lifted in 2016, the biggest fight events there since are UFC cards.

You have to be in willful denial to not notice all of this.

Dude, you like MMA... Nothing is wrong with that. Nothing at all... Connor is the biggest star in combat sports? Lmao. Did you see his last purse compared to Canelo's. Who's the biggest star? Dude just relax man. MMA is cool. It's not boxing... That's all there is to it.

Conors PPV numbers: 11.3m buys from 8 UFC fights.
Canelos PPV numbers: 8.1m from 9 boxing matches

I'm not even including Conor/Floyd, which did over double the buys of Canelo/Floyd.

                  Social media numbers:

                  Conor: 40.2m IG, 13.5m FB, 8.7m Twitter
                  Canelo: 9.8m IG, 5.6m FB, 1.8m Twitter

Most viewed Conor video on YT: 62m
Most viewed Canelo video on YT: 13m

                  ...you tell me?

Lol, sees massively bigger PPV numbers, Youtube views, social media followers etc for one guy over the other, still wont accept reality, denial in action.

Remember that time Canelo got paid $35m for the Kovalev fight and then sat in his locker room for an extra hour while the arenas big screens played the Jorge/Nate fight to his own audience so they wouldnt have to go head to head with it? lmao.
