It's true that GPB claimed this was the biggest fight of the year but that's just promoters hyping a fight they are promoting - you shouldn't take that seriously, they're just doing their job.

I love this entertaining video. Floyd said he is the cash king and dissed everybody, including the cash cow himself, Oscar. I never get tired of this video!

And many fans who can afford the PPV will still prefer to watch it at home.
I hope it will bring in millions of new fans.

The point is, the promoters show it on theaters to salvage some income coz they know it won't do huge numbers on ppv. Otherwise they won't show it on theaters coz it will affect ppv sales.

Many fans who can afford the ppv will watch it on theaters instead therfore bringing the ppv buys down

Do you think they will do that if Floyd is fighting Pacquiao, Cotto or SSM?

Of course Pac Jmm 3 will do big numbers, whats the point?

I bet Floyd Cotto would outsell Pac Cotto.

Again, anyone who thinks Floyd Jmm is as big of a fight as Pac Cotto and expects it to outsell it is a fool.
mayweather has been saying that for the last 3 months.............

There you have it dave. Just one of many. DLH did good numbers against Forbes. JMM certainly have more followers than Forbes.

Maybe Pac vs JMM 3 probably will outsell JMM PBF because there is a ****ING STORY behind the fight. They were extremely close and contraversial fights.....god I cant even begin to explain how dumb I feel for even taking the time to write this out since you are obvioiusly totally illogical.

They are trying to sell the fight...
Why wont we hold Floyd accountable for what he is saying? Is he not accountable for his discriminating statements against MMA fighters? Look at what happened. White is putting UFC 103 competing head on ppv against Floyd-JMM. What if UFC and boxing will always compete over PPV audience when both could have co exist harmoniously. This bcoz of what Floyd have said.

Bottomline is your saying that Floyd is doing these to sell fights and not bcoz he believes it. I don't think so. Why would Floyd demand 15 million guarantee if he don't believe his fight with JMM will do huge PPV buys bigger than Pac-Cotto?

The fact is Floyd's trashtalking don't sell fights. The PPV buys of his fights depends on the draw of his opponent wether he trashtalk or not. Even if he will trashtalk and cause drama everyday, his fight with JMM will not draw huge PPV. Even if he won't utter a single word if he will fight Pac, Cotto or SSM, it will make huge PPV.

Now they will lie and do all the drama to cover up the 15 M guarantee of Floyd

Since Floyd announced his return, if he is asked if he will pursue a fight with Pac coz fightfans want to see that fight and could be the biggest fight in boxing, he will always say that the biggest fight is Floyd against anybody. Not the exact words but to that effect.

thats such a bull**** statement that people always say about him. Mexicans like Marquez but its not like they stop the country for his fight... first it was margarito now its marquez, both of them are not draws at the ppv
