As a Cotto fan, I hope Pacquio is enjoying his movie role and all the attention he is getting in the Phillipines. I hope he is drinking the kool-aide after his Hatton domination. Please train at home where the distractions will be plentiful. Every fighter needs a humbling moment and Cotto is just the guy to provide it. I will even get 2-1 odds on this fight. By putting himself in this position, he will have no one to blame but himself. Not Roach, the weight issue, no BS injury, just poor preparation/focus which goes to the heart of the fighter.

This has been lately Pac's norm in the way he trains for his latest big fights. Roach complaining that he is not training yet or to many distractions. So far it hasn't affected Manny's performance yet. It is just to early to start training and the maximum is around 8 weeks. Cotto is training training early for the weight loss so they can focus on boxing training when they are closer to the date.

Don't think that Cotto's size advantage will be that great since they are so concerned about the weight (there is a million dollar penalty for every pound he comes over 145lb). The longer he stays on a diet to control his weight the less gain he will have on fight night

Hatton Wins Weigh-In Stare Down, Pacquiao Looks Scared

It was bad, because Pacquiao couldn’t look into Hatton’s eyes and looked really submissive and not at all confident. I’ve seen a gillion weigh-ins before, but never have I seen a fighter get stared down as badly as Hatton did to Pacquiao. It seemed that Pacquiao couldn’t wait to get off the stage, and get away from Hatton as fast as possible.

I wasn’t entirely sure who was going to win tonight’s fight until I saw the weigh-in, and now I’m positively certain that Hatton will be knocking Pacquiao out before long.

I could see Roach switching sides here and going over to Cotto's side. Roach is never happy it seems in between fights with Pac's running around filming movies and such. Cotto doesnt have a big name trainer, and I could see Roach going to him just to piss off Pacquiao and show him he is not the best.
