There is absolutely nothing special about Devin Haney.

I think Haney has received so much hype/expectation, that fans are bound to be disappointed when they see that he isn't measuring up. Whether he winds up being a special fighter or not, I hope that he tries to find out by making the best possible match-ups happen. I don't want his career to play out like Andrade's, who is stuck in purgatory because nobody relevant cares to fight him. If Haney can make that Kambosos match-up happen in Australia, he should jump on the opportunity.

Idk. The flags about Garcia and his mental makeup is more concerning than any technical shortcomings that Haney has.

He’s simply not a draw. He was getting boo’d in his own hometown tonight.

I’d be up for any of those fights though.

You could be right tbf, I have big concerns over Garcia’s mentality also.

Yeah he’s kill or be killed for sure. He’s one of those fighters with a glass body, he just can’t absorb body shots.

Sadly, too many fans only get excited if a dude is getting ko after ko.

He obviously needs work but his attributes , speed and athleticism give him a chance to be really good.

There’s no point discussing boxing with clowns on this forum Mr DUNN.......if anybody thinks Haney has no talent and skill there deluded.
yeah his power is limited but he is a very sharp boxer with pin point accuracy and he is only 22....he’s a baby and yet fools are writing this kid off.

as for Lopez he has been exposed and has bad aura around him and whether he can control his ego now remains to be seen.

Tank is very good but he does take shots and he’s not the quickest on his feet so don’t be surprised a skilled quick fighter won’t beat him in the future.
Kambosos looked great but he still has a lot of questions over him.

lomachencko will becomes a champion again and is probably still the most complete fighter in that division.

I would take loma over all of them

At least the 135 version of AB actually looked impressive whilst people were hyping him up as the future of the sport.

There’s no way in hell this kid could hang with Teofimo or Tank. Even Ryan Garcia walks through him IMO.
I've been saying this. He's a good kid, but an average fighter at best.

I don't agree with Ryan Garcia walking through him though. I think Haney wins that one.

He's very beatable, but so is everyone at 135. Just makes it a fun division like 154.

I agree with the Thread starter
                    Haney's skilled. But nothing Special.
                    Not hating. Just my Opinion.
