So you keep on trashing Pacquiao, a career under 130 guy for fighting at 144, but you back Canelo for fighting at 155. Legit.

Career under 130? He's spent more time over 130. Have you also seen his fight night weights? He was draining to get down. Some fights over 15lbs.

Pacquiao forced fighters down giving him an advantage. Canelo gave up weight putting himself at a disadvantage by the logic in this thread.

155-160, if you wanna fight at 155, fine. Limit is 160. Hagler fought at 156, 157, 158.

You ****ing phaggots are a plague on the sport
So Canelo WON the belt at 155 which is MIDDLEWEIGHT. He tried defending the belt there and Borat (and his sissy fans like YOU) got upset.

You didnt have a problem when Borat wanted Rosado at 158, Ward at 164, or fought Rolls at 164. Little Trump bitch

no issue for me if it's for a non-title fight to level the playing field. But a title fight should be fought at the proper limit. Otherwise those wins always have an asterisk.

Canelo fought above the 154 limit, so he fought as a middleweight. Golovkin should not have to fight at a catchweight to defend his middleweight titles. He can, but he doesnt have to. It's that simple.
Canelo fought at 155, 1 pound above JMW, and yall call it Middleweight.

Then tell Bo**** ass to make Middleweight (155-160) or sit down. And in the rematch Ca$hnelo sat that BOY DOWN.

Is it possible for you to write normally? 155 is at middleweight. It's not the limit, how is it that difficult to understand?

Golden Boy treated Canelo like he was JCC JR for a long time. They didn't believe he was that good.

Canelo still fought ggg at his own weight class and beat him up. Canelo also achieved what ggg said he would do such as going from 154 to 168 ibs, but canelo doubled down and went to 175 ibs while ggg is stuck and unsure of his own future.

Angulo, Lara, and Kirkland were non title fights, and it's not uncommon for non title fights to be staged a pound or two above the limit. Meanwhile 155 was at Cotto's request and for the benefit of Khan because it was preferable to dragging him up another 5 pounds like hypocritical GGG with Brook. People claimed that Canelo was unable to make 154 yet he made it and still looked strong vs L Smith.

Btw, team GGG used to hype him up by saying he'd eagerly fight from 154-168 but never backed it up while turning around and saying it was unfair to expect lil GGG to move up a single division, yet Canelo got the job done and more as 154-175 champ.

Team GGG also reportedly insisted on catchweights from other second tier guys like Oosthuizen and Edwin Rodriguez: " No opponent is set, but two names are under discussion: super middleweight contenders Thomas Oosthuizen (20-0-1, 13 KOs) and Edwin Rodriguez (22-0, 15 KOs)...

If Golovkin faces either of them, they would meet at a catchweight of about 165 pounds."
