Are you asking if Canelo at 168 or 175 could hurt heavyweights? If so, absolutely not. He didn't have the power to stop Smith or Jacobs at 168. No way he hurts a halfway decent heavy.

If you are asking what kind of power Canelo would have if he were 200+, he'd be muscle-bound and useless at that weight
