Who do y'all think of that Canelo should fight at heavyweight in your opinion?
Toney didn't choose John Ruiz or "pick on him" like you say. Yes Jones was at Heavy for a cup of coffee, and hand picked Ruiz but Toney fought Holyfield, Ruiz, Sam Peter (x2) Hasim Rahman (x2) Booker (when he was an undefeated prospect) and Oquendo.

IIRC Toney took the Ruiz fight on short notice, and that's why he failed the drug test. He was taking something for a torn bicep when he took the fight. The fight before and after Ruiz were both WBC eliminators to get a shot at Vitali (IIRC)

the new heavyweight canelo has been sparring (frank sanchez) says canelo hits harder than most heavyweights.

canelo has been so juiced recently it's crazy. he's out of control and will eventually kill someone.

he went from having mayweather power to literally tyson. he even is built like a prime Tyson now.

          No

Alvarez is built like a smaller Mike Tyson without the fast feet

The heavyweights would keep him and any power he has away

No problem man. A lot of people don’t realize how long Toney was at CW and HW (where I thought he was better than at 175 TBH, when he hooked up with Roach he looked like a prime 168 Toney again) James was my favorite fighter growing up, that’s all.

Ginger says he is too small even for 175. What are you canelo fans smoking?

If his power would carry up to HW, I don't think he would say that 175 is too much for him

I guess it depends on who he cherrypicks, but against Joshua, Fury, Wilder, hell no.
