I have to ask: where did Canelo get all this punching power from?

I thought he had a great rally down the stretch and definitely won rounds 9 through 12. I thought GGG's jab was landing much better the second fight since Canelo was coming forward and getting caught on the way in. But then in the 9th round was when he really started landing that uppercut with accuracy.

It comes from all the hot sauce he sprinkles on his tainted beef.

he had Callum, Fielding, Jacobs and Kovalev all timid and scared to get hit.

where is he generating all this power from?

the dude is punching like Rocky Marciano right now.

Canelo was never this powerful. he couldn't budge a smaller and already damaged Cotto, couldn't stop 75 year old Shane Mosley and couldn't tickle Golovkin.

now he's caving faces in and has mofos scared to death to exchange with him.

        just questions mang.

        just questions
If ya got to ask then you'll never know. It's so obvious where the power is coming from.

In other words, you are asking if he's juicing? F-Yes he's juicing. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know this. Even a fool can perceive that he is taking some type of PEDS. However, that does not detract from the fact that the man is a good fighter though; A dirty one but a good one.

So what demographic are you exactly referring to? If you are referring to the demographic that I believe you are referring to. Remember that has been the only demographic to have ever whooped Canelo Alvarez' ass. All other demographics have tried but failed.

Why did Canelo use the excuse to vacate his belt and avoid GGG the first time that he wasn't a middleweight? Why avoid a big money fight with GGG, at a weight class you are saying Canelo is more comfortable at, to completely drain yourself, deplete yourself of all that power, risk you health and getting sick, all to fight nobodies like Khan, Kirkland, Smith?? He could have fought Cotto for his MW belt at 160, but Canelo team insisted the fight be at 155. Why drain yourself like that if you don't need to?

One last question. If Canelo always had better punching power at a higher weight and the only thing holding him back was draining to 154, then how come he couldn't hurt Chavez Junior AT ALL at 164? This was right after Chavez Junior kept getting hurt and dropped and KOd by the "Polish Prince", Andrew Fonfara. Now, 4 years later, Fonfara doesn't have anywhere near the power of Canelo. Remember Fonfara got brutally KOd by Joe Smith, couldn't hurt him at all in round 1.

To be fully clear, I do not know if Canelo Alvarez is using PEDs. 5 years have now passed since his positive test. This is the statue of limitations and you can no longer say he is guilty based on that offense. Innocent until proven guilty. But this does not mean you can't ask questions.
I’m not defending him on the timeline for his move to 160. He certainly dragged his feet and pushed the 155 weight to his advantage. Same way Floyd pushed his advantage by making him come down to 152. Canelo can call his shots being the money fighter. So if he thinks he had an advantage with certain opponents at certain weights, he will exploit it.

You're asking if a professional boxer can hit hard. Yes he can.

                      Particularly if:
                      • He can really commit to the shot
                      • He's balanced when he throws
                      • He's not fearful of what might come back
                      • He has great technique
                      • He's not having to drain himself to make weight

                      They all applied against BJS.

Not fearing what's coming back is huge - Canelo was happy to give his shots everything even if it exposed him for a moment.
