Shifting weight is one thing, lifting weights another. When you lift, you grow muscle, but you don't grow veins and arteries, or heart to match. Your arms look pretty, but they're also heavy. Some weight training to increase stamina is acceptable, like dragging weights, but not body building.

Ruiz is a good fighter but I don’t think he beat AJ due to his talent. AJ lost because HE DIDNT RESPECT Ruiz.
I don’t see any heavyweight NOT taking Ruiz seriously any longer. That advantage is gone forever.
Ruiz cant outbox many TOP heavyweights out there if he CHOOSES TO BOX.

It was a fun fight, no excessive hugging. This Arreola and this Ruiz would have beaten A Joshua......

No. AJ lost because Ruiz put a beating on him......AJ has a glass chin. In the rematch, AJ was just trying to stay away from RUiz and just won on points, Ruiz didn´t even train, partied and was too heavy. AJ will lose vs Fury.

Ever seen Jean-Claude Van Damme???? He was buffed and very elastic. Lifting weights helps you in every sport, MMA fighters lift weights and arer very agile. Bodybuilders who only bodybuild and don´t even do stretching excercises, are like robots of course.

This fight lived up to my expectations. But, please do not place Ruiz in front of Wilder, he will be killed!

Next step? Rematch with Parker, the underachievers of the division.
I didn't watch the fight, but saw the first knockdown. Andy made a classic mistake, bringing that jab back slow and Areola came right over the top. I like Ruiz, think the world of him... But (pending watching the fight) I am concerned that the weight loss may have affected his chin and power. He will never be able to hit "over" guys like Joshua, Joyce, Fury, unless he can get them to bend at the waist... and will need good body shots with power to do that. andy's power comes from hitting down, that is how he nailed Joshua.

I have to see the fight, but it did look like Chris was in great shape, and he has been a workhorse. Not the most talented guy, but always made the best of what he had... I will probably comment again when I watch this today lol.

                      Ridiculous scorecards, just ridiculous.
                      No wonder Arreola was pissed.
                      And...
with this kind s**t anyone still surprised that Saunders is concerned about the scoring? I'd say he has a point
Dude... Its why I don't bet on fights anymore. The judges ruin fights with bad decisions and disrespect fighters with ridiculous tallies.
