His muscle is still exactly the same. Been saying it so long. Look at all his still shot images trading. It’s like whenever you see still images of lions or swole dogs striking you see the beast of their genetic. It’s just his natural build. He’s a freaking juggernaut. Only thing is Mexicans eat lots of fatty foods and are heavy meat eaters. With Andy unfortunately he has a genetic trait for obesity and he munched on trans fats his whole life. That’s why he can’t get rid of the excess fat receding in those pics. Simply means it’s stretched out skin. Dudes a freaking Buffalo. If we were to do an autopsy on Andy like the way Wilder’s brother described and did microscopic imagery of his skin like in Bladerunner one would see a laser embedded description that reads, “the LDBC are racist phagg0ts”

I think he looks slimmed down in his face/neck, looks a little younger and better than before

They are both putting in the work for this fight. Good to see. Hope it's a good one while it lasts. Andy by mid round stoppage.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm really curious to see this new version of him against opponents more dangerous than Arreola.

On the other hand, the Snickers endorsement deal is probably gone for good...

It makes a lot of sense that Ruiz is training smart and hard now for a small money fight when it would have been much more profitable to get in top shape for the AJ rematch and all the money a win would have awarded him.

But boxing is a suspect game and there can be little doublt AJ vs Ruiz were both skits to tap into the Mexican demographic. Most people will disregard this as crazy talk but all the evidence points to AJ and Ruiz rigged a two fight series and part 3 is in the contract.

PPV?! A couple days before the Mexican holiday, so it kinda makes sense in that way. But Arreola is washed up, and well past his PPV caliber years. Its been downhill ever since the first round blowout of Seth Mitchell . He WAS a feared brawler. Tomasz Adamek may have been judged the winner, but everyone saw him put on his track shoes and literally run for his life from Arreola . Recent years, he's really fell off. This has "FOX main event" written all over it. The Mexican fanbase is huge and loyal, they may still pull some good numbers from this.

Looks like he lost like 30 lbs or so. Probably will be 255-260 around fight night

He's been working hard and been lifting some weights too. you see it in his physique. Muscle will help him keep some of the fat off. Doesn't look like it's too much where it would slow him down either. Either way I'd like to see him make a successful comeback and fight for the title once again.
