If he actually slimmed down to a svelte 210-215 there’s no guarantee he could even fight. At 260ish he’s fat but he can also fight.

I still dont understand why ruiz came in heavy against josh? Josh came in light. Josh trains hard and if Josh rests on Christmas day it is ruiz job to train on Christmas day.
you gotta train harder than.your opponent

He's lost 30 pounds since the AJ fight.. which was over a year ago now. He's gone from 284 to 254. If you ask me that's not that great for it being 16 months and only losing 30 pounds. Overall it's great! Good for him. But in boxing terms it isn't nearly enough. He's back to the first AJ fight weight

He looks slim in the face. 250ish is acceptable for him in this era of super heavies. Maybe even 230-240. Enough size for punch resistance and strength in the clinch

LOL. He claimed that he was almost 320 and if he lost 40 pounds he will still be at 280. To make it to at least 250 he has to loose 70 pounds and that is not a small feat. His training camp might have been more a weight loss program than actually training properly.

I'm sure Andy ruiz loses 30 pounds everytime her goes to the toilet, trouble is he eats 40 pounds in between toilet visits

Do they take a photo everytime he takes a dump?

With all that weight gone some of his punching power will have disappeared and iRuiz will probably be easier to knock off his feet now as well.....Ruiz has boxed fat all his life so changing in to a more slimline version might not suit him
