    Jake Paul deserves respect

The kids rich and at a late age fell in love with the sport.
Just because he isn't going down the traditional route of learning in the amateurs. He is getting the best sparring and training he can and considering he didn't start until 22 he is actually pretty impressive. No, really. He does have a good pro style.

Will he be a world champion? There are a million belts, stranger things have happened but most likely not.
He can certainly have fun knocking out these leg humpers and in time he will beat a few half decent boxers for sure.

This is not a gimmick you have a guy with good attributes and qualities and some you can't teach!

People are calling for him to fight a legitimate boxer, what qualifies as legitimate exactly?
He's had 3 boxing matches, I don't think he has done half a dozen rounds.
Relax, let him do his thing and keep knocking out these clowns and bringing new eyes to the sport.

Jake will knock Dillon Danis's head off, Conor's also. All of them, none of them can box.

Understand this is no gimmick Jake is a big kid and definitely has some pop and pretty good ability for such a novice.
I am dead serious, he will wreck these MMA fighters that are supposedly good 'strikers'.
And in time he will almost certainly beat a few boxers he probably shouldn't.

People are blinded when it comes to this kid because he's so corny. They'll pick just about any boxer against him and he's going to upset a lot of people.

Respect as what a legitimate fighter? No I don't think he deserves respect in that regard but good for him for making money with his hobby.

Yes he is a Youtuber, but he is also a boxer.
He is a legitimate boxer. Lets stop referring to him like he is just your average content creator that dabbles a little in the sport or only trains when he has a fight lined up.

He needs to be taken a little more seriously.

I know Ben Askrens stand up is on par with an 80yr old ladies and probably everyone here would beat him in a boxing match but this kid is not a joke. He can actually fight a little and quite clearly has some good, natural power.

Dan_cov speaking facts. You're one of most knowledgable posters on here and if I met you I'd give you a hug. I really like the idea of fighting UFC guys in boxing matches. It sells and its hilarious. None of them have hands or chins and you'd see some amazing KO's.

            He's a legitimate fighter.
He's been putting the work in for 3 years and is no doubt more dedicated than a lot of supposed legitimate fighters.

The kids getting in the ring and putting on a show. Its not like these opponents aren't coming to win.

He's a fighter, a boxer. How good he is right now or can be is anybodies guess really but there is nothing pretend here.

Nah I think he should fight Connor McGregor. If not then I heard Robert whittaker would be up for the fight. I'm not sure if Chairman White would allow it though.

I'd like to see him keep doing what he is doing. I am sure he has riled up a lot of UFC/MMA fighters.
Maybe have another gimme then fight someone the MMA community deems one of their boxers like Tyron Woodley for example. (Terrible boxing skills just has an overhand right).

I'd like to see him continue and keep learning his craft in the gym. I think he should spend another 2 years developing before he is put in with any sort of competent boxer.
Learn his craft in the gym while taking on these MMA/UFC fighters and just keep bringing eyes to the sport. Every UFC/MMA fan is going to watch him now in hope he losses.
Great news for boxing and the fighters on his undercards.

                    Yeah McGregor would be fun.
