where is the American network option? What are the viewer numbers for canelo’s fights? How many subscribers does dayzin have? Wasn’t “PPV dead”??? Wasn’t Edward supposed to have killed it? Wasn’t Edward suppose to have been able to sign all the PBC fighters? Canelo is about the least known sports “star” in the USA, and ONLY APPEALS TO ONE DEMOGRAPHIC. How is this an “American takeover” is even dayzin went to the PPV model while being an app? I swear you lot are so starved for American approval and attention that you’re embarrassing yourselves. Stop living vicariously through Edward Hearn.

Poor old skoo g was certain that Canelo would go to PBC when he left Oscar. He’s still reeling from the fact he went to Matchroom.

But they don't ask the question in any rational sense. It's thrown out there in knee-jerk parrot fashion in response to the stimulus of Hearn's name being mentioned.

                Almost Pavlovian.

                "Hearn"

                "How's the American takeover going?"

                "Hearn"

                "Where's Whyte's B sample?"

They're not interested in actual answers, or they'd know that Whyte submitted numerous samples in the days before the Rivas fight and on the day of the Rivas fight that all tested negative, except one sample that had traces of metabolites. The only sensible conclusion that explains such results is a contamination to one sample and complete innocence on Whyte's part. But who cares about facts when you can mindlessly parrot Where's the B Sample?
Contamination is nonsense. Educate yourself on how PED’s work, Dianabol which is the substance of metandienone can leave your body within 4-6 hours. So passing other tests proves absolutely nothing!! All drug cheats pass other tests because the drugs are being cycled in and out of their system.

                “Complete innocence”...

Hearn has done a good job with Canelo thus far, you’re right about that but Dillian Whyte is clearly guilty.

Hes took over boxing. USA had 2 top rated boxers in the same division that wont fight each other. What chance you got?

The BBofC statement is firm and unambiguous http://bbbofc.com/content/ukad-dillian-whyte

I'm not going to get into the ins and outs of it, because it's there in their statement. Take it up with them if you think you know more than the professionals.

Furthermore, you would surely admit that in a discussion thread regarding Hearn's decision to resign or not resign with a UK broadcaster, the question of Whyte's guilt or innocence is entirely beside the point.

I stand by my point that there is something very pavlovian going on when we have a story like this and the immediate fallback talking point of Whyte's B sample turns up. As an on-point piece of discussion it's total fugazi. It is, however, an almost reflexive response for certain forum members to any mention of Eddie Hearn.
