So Arum said basically this contract is only valid if they find a venue/date within 30 days.

Vegas is supposed to open up end of May according to Arum. Maybe it lands there?

Agreed to a two fight deal with splits of 50:50 in the first fight and 60:40 for the rematch in favour of the winner of the first fight, contingent on a site being found that is acceptable to both parties within 30 days of the signing.

If he could agree to a 50/50 split with Fury then why couldn’t he do the same with Wilder?

You are right he has agreed to fight and reached an agreement to EVERYONE

        BUT

        Wilder.

        Why couldn’t he with Wilder.

IT IS BECAUSE HE WAS SCURRRRRED!!!!!
so you reckon that despite him managing a deal with everybody else it was because of AJ’s side? Is that because wilder has proven to take on everyone who looked dangerous? I mean wilder hasn’t refused to fight whyte? Wilder didn’t refuse to fight Klitschko? Wilder didn’t refuse to take on Parker to unify? Wilder didn’t unify with Martin - allowing AJ to take the belt first? Wilder didn’t take on fury thinking he wasn’t ready to be back from his years away from the sport?

it’s very easy to make something look like you want if you search for it. I’ll stick to the facts which are the resumes and fights which have occurred. On that resume alone evidence is enough that AJ is ducking no one.

Within 30 days? Alright that's pretty exciting, my bad.

The delay between the 2 Fury/Wilder fights happened because the drawn result voided the original rematch clause and Fury went in a different direction after signing a deal with TR.

From what I've heard and read, Fury, AJ, their promoters and their networks have agreed and signed off on all terms. The proposed date will be sometime in late June/early July, and their are at least 2 possible venues still in the running to host the fight.
Neither Fury/Wilder fight was during a pandemic.

A rematch wasn't voided. A rematch was ordered

Top Rank spokesperson Evan Korn referred to the contract signing as a “preliminary agreement contingent on both parties finding an acceptable venue and location for the first fight.” ESPN first reported the contracts were signed.

Saudi Arabia is the front-runner to host the event, sources said, and it’s no surprise after the Kingdom doled out an approximately $60 million site fee to bring the rematch between Joshua and Andy Ruiz Jr., to Riyadh in December 2019. A fight between Fury and Joshua easily trumps Joshua-Ruiz commercially and could fetch a site fee that more than doubles that $60 million. Those involved with the event are expecting in excess of $100 million, sources said.
Besides Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Abu Dhabi (the capital of the United Arab Emirates) are keenly interested in securing the rights to the fight, per sources. Wherever it lands, it would be a surprise if the fight isn’t staged in the Middle East.
The TV deal isn’t expected to be a stumbling block, per sources, with the event expected to be an ESPN pay-per-view in the United States and streamed globally on DAZN in most territories with the exception of the U.K., where it will also be a PPV.

PPV in the afternoon stateside? Interesting to see the type of numbers it does. I'll definitely purchase it but this is something we haven't seen much, if at all.

The draw in the first fight voided the original rematch clause. That's why Fury and Wilder both had 2 fights against other opponents before facing each other again. They had already started negotiating a second fight when the WBC stepped in and ordered it as a mandatory defence by Wilder.

He ran from Wilder for years screaming he was the Bigger name. He had all the belts. He would NEVER do a 50/50 split.

Now the Wilder doesn’t have the belt. 50/50 split with the rematch 60/40.

EXACTLY WHAT WILDER WANTED BUT HE WAS TOOOO SCARED TO TAKE!!!

How do y’all still support this H0 AZZ ***** Mayne!!!

I been said it and I will keep saying it. A.J. IS P@&&Y!!!

                      BOTTOM LINE
Wilder is a bum and didn't deserve 50/50. Fury has beaten Wlad, Wilder x2 and Chisora x2. Wilder hasn't beaten a single good world class fighter. Fury didn't deserve it either, but at least giving him half has a lot more justification than the coward Wilder. Wilder was doing it to duck. He even said he wouldn't accept 50/50 because he thought Hearn was closing in so was setting it up to call for 60% to further run away like he did from the rest of the division.

Enjoy Wilder talking about being a "King" like a horrible B actor who's lost his mind because reality caved his world in. Haha.
