oh my god, if it weren't for chop not knowing how to finish someone, cottos career was over. cotto took a weak shot that almost required no follow up, poor follow up by chop is why cotto won the fight. did i mention the shot by chops weak arm !!!
corley tried to do the right thing. Cotto was hurt and had his guard up real high.
coley was trying to dig the body then go upstairs to finish.
Anybody else wonder who was fighting Corley on Sat? That didn't look like the Cotto I was used to seeing. He only looked like himself in the 5th when he took his time.
If Cotto is in with a better finisher and fights them the way he fought Corley then he should just hang em up now.
Cotto needs to work out problems with his susceptibility to right hooks. It was sad how many he was hit by.
Corley looked very good in that fight and was exploiting weakness when he saw the opportunity.
That was a wicked shot Cotto took and he did well to stay alive against a tough vet like Chop.
That was a great fight outside of the ref and low blows.

Yup, cotto let himself get influenced by the crowd too much, if he would have just taken his time like he usually does he would have broken him down by round 7 or 8 and tko/ko'd his ass.
Cotto has no chin? wat is this thread a joke. I avnt seen him on the floor bfore and dont believe there is anyfing wrong wif his chin. I hate the way a fighter is jumped on by critics if he is slightly below par in one fight!
I think Corley deserves a rematch and I think it shows some balls going right back after the guy that had you out on your feet one minute into round three.
And from the little bits I've read here and on other sites about Harris's previous "negotiations," I don't know that I'd ever want to try and waste my time trying to hammer out a deal with him. I don't know the whole story, but past negotiations he's had just don't look good on him.
