Paul Williams can box, the kid has 3 KO's at three different
weight classes and beat down Winky Wright. Can't sleep
on this guy. Taylor and all the others elected to let their
nuts hang and fight Kelly's fight and the one man who
boxed him beat him up effortlessly. Kelly has a chance
but only if Williams is not on his A game.
Quintana(very good KO), Phillips(decent), Andy Kolle? please no!!

And again, I trying to have a boxing conversation here, not who love what fighetr or what.

the guy, have great stamina, great punch put put, decent pop, good speed, very good chin.

bad foot work(He is always off balance), his defense is not good either!!!

Taylor is the spoil of the bunch there, where are these incredible power displays? Williams did more damage to Wright than Taylor and Hopkins ever did (sans headbutt).

Idk much about Pavlik's chin but he was nearly killed by Jermain Taylor in under 2 rounds. Problem is, Taylor lost a lot of his power(but can still crack) several years before that Pavlik fight. Pavlik basically got rocked by a lighter hitting Taylor. His last KO was like in 2004-2005.

The thing with Taylor is that he is powerful, he knocked down Froch, something that a very powerful Pascal couldn't do. Taylor's power confuses me. He's like a batter with warning track power, not homerun power. He just can't finish off his opponents anymore.

Williams does not have this power at all, he's a work rate guy. I'm positive that Williams will win a decision. He's gonna outwork Pavlik. Williams has never faced any one like Kelly, but has Kelly faced someone like Williams? Nope. So they are both going to face something new.

I'm gonna pick Williams by Unanimous Decision.

Dave - he does lol. I can tell you with all confidence that Williams' handlers believe he can't be beat and is there most prized pupil. Mind you, these same handlers work with Floyd Mayweather.

Although I think paul williams has a excellent chance of defeating pavlik. I don't think pavlik has a weak chin. Apart from the first taylor fight, i've never seen him get rocked badly. He took some big shots of a puncher in miranda and he took a beating of hopkins at light-heavyweight.

I think his chin is quite solid. I don't think williams will have the power to hurt him because he's coming up in weight and he's more of volume puncher, rather than power. But, paul can definatly out-box him

what fight were you watching? the fight was close don't you remember that bob arum wanted the rematch because he felt that margarito had won the fight but williams and his team refused and as far as margarito lookin like an average fighter he is an average fighter the only thing about margarito that is above average is his workrate

Ain't nobody getting KOed in my opinion. i don't think williams has the pop to KO a MW, let alone the champ and I don't think pavlik will be able to land effectively to KO Williams. This will be majority decision, Williams in 12. He got more boxng skills IMO!!!

williams threw atleast double the amount of punches that taylor did and it was against a winky wright that had not had a fight in about 2 years and as far as the bernard winky fight i always said that bernard barley landed any punches it was just a bunch of grabbing and headbutts but bernard was clearly hitting kelly for all 12 rounds

McKart punched Pavlik in the shoulder and Pavlik slipped. Zertuche buzzed him though. Zuniga knocked him down legit
