Ricky Hatton has come out swinging at the recent comments that were made by Floyd Mayweather Jr. Hatton was upset over some of the recent comments that Mayweather made about ending his career. Hatton suffered his first loss with a ten-round stoppage to Mayweather in December of 2007. [details]
well said. floyd saying that hes the cash cow is bull**** and we all know that
floyd vs hatton did more than pac vs marquez.floyd was hattons first ppv and that did more than hatton and pac. floyd and de lahoya did better than de la hoya and pac and cotto vs margacheato combined.so what the hell is ricky talking about.floyd made around 50 himself for those 2 fights. loser hatton.
hatton said it best on mayweather hatton 24/7 "he cant sell flies to ****, he's crap to watch, thats why there all out there singin Ricky Hatton and not floyd mayweather...so you tellin me that all those people singin theres only one Ricky Hatton and who are ya?theyre all here for floyd mayweather? he's in cloud ****y land." haha gotta love ricky wish his last two losses wouldnt have happened but hey what can you do theres still only ONE RICKY HATTON
So Ricky Hatton isn't crap to watch?
The fact that Hatton has been such a huge draw is amazing because he's terrible to watch. Floyd doesn't have a huge paying fanbase, but he antagonizes himself in such a way that his opponents fans get riled up and come out in full force to show their support.
Two famous people that I know of had left there seats during one of Mayweather's fights, on top of the fight doing **** at the gate. That should tell you everything you need to know about Floyd's drawing power. I think JMM should've gotten the lion's share against him.
the only thing that hatton tracked down was that check hook then that turn buckle in the corner. basically his hold and hit style caught up with him when he faught the elite. so get the **** out of here with that referee ****. he is average, with short arms and no chin. sorry ass go retire somewhere.
All the other boxers are not claiming that they're the biggest attraction, the cash cow, the one who sells the tickets in a fight, only their delusional and obsessed fans who's high on it. But Floyd...
Exactly. The same goes when he calls himself the GOAT.
If this is the case, why isn't Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. fighting on HBO PPV instead of Arum's self-promoted PPV telecasts? I can't remember the last time I saw Chavez Jr. fight and, if I remember correctly, he doesn't hold a world championship belt.
Why would Arum want to share his earnings with HBO? He knows what he has in Chavez Jr. and is making a killing with a limited fighter.
