EXTREMELY overrated...if you listen to certain Pac fans they make it sound like he won titles from 108 to 140

alot of people say this when referring to pac, whether to add greatness to him or to insult a bigger opponent.

but if your really think about it, he was what? 16/17 years old, like 5 feet tall, and poor and hungry as hell in a country that doesent have much to offer, but offers fighters to be able to turn pro at age 16 to make a living. so in a way, there are alot of former 108lb'ers out there that at one point in their teens could make 108. shoot, i think mayweather could make 108 when he was 16.

Pac lost 2 fights at 112 but that was against Professional much older than him. But He has a KO win over the Lineal 112 Champion at 19. Floyd still losing fights when he was 19 against amateurs.

I think its very overrated.
As an adult, Manny has never less than a SBW. His scale climbing is still extremely impressive. The whole 108 arguement is like talking about a little kid being a former Stawweight champion going all the way up to HW.
