Williams is a volume puncher. When you punch in volume you HAVE to leave yourself open. At 147, 154 and even 160, what happened to every guy who left himself open with Trinidad? The short answer is that they usually ended up counting the lights on the ceiling.
Triangle theories dont work....Margarito and Q have nothing to do with tito...

Paul is too big fast and long or him..he boxes his head clean off his shoulders..and maybe stops tito late...bad matchup for tito.

I agree most volume punchers leave themselves open but Tito never had an easy time with any boxer if hypejob didn't take his foot off the gas he may have beaten him, and Tito wasn't what I would call lightening fast to counter the sheer amount PW would throw. Plus there's the size difference and huge reach. If Winky stuck Tito on the end of a jab all night PW should be able to do the same.

Titio's boxing skill's were not what made him legend,it was his power, but the fact is,if u got off before Tito,he was done!!Tito was not a technical fighter,he basically came forward behind the 1-2 & mixed up a hook in there whenever he could!!He was heavy on the lead foot & couldn't get out of the way of punches!!The Punisher's workrate & angles would leave Tito stuck, like a deer in headlights!!Ohh yeah,Margarito's chin was wayyy better than Tito's,just saying!!

but thats the difference wiinky always fights like that with the jab paul williams doesnt even use his reach plus the height difference isnt much its 2 inches if marg slow ass marg was able to hit paul with all those shots tito who hits much harder and is faster will be able to land and when the left hook lands its night time for paul

well tito actually has very underrated boxing skills if u watch all his earlier fights he actually boxes pretty good later on in his career though he began relying on the left hook way too much though and stopped boxinglike he used to

I didn't use a triangle theory. Just answer me this.....Do you not think Trinidad was a much better fighter than either Margs or Quintana and were they not able to give Paul fits? We both already know the truth. Throw a more experienced, harder punching and better all around fighter in Trinidad in there and even a kindergartner is going to tell you it spells trouble for Paul. Like I've said, this could change down the line. But based on wehat we've seen so far and against who, I'll take Felix and would bet the house on it.

So Margs who most would agree hits reasonably hard didn't drop PW and barely hurt him until the late rounds is your example of why the smaller Tito who has been proven to be weak against boxers would KO him?

Many will claim that Williams has a great chin but has never faced a puncher, he would lose vs Tito most likely, especially a prime Tito. I actually would have liked to see Forrest beat Williams but some ignorant lazy fools killed him so that match will never happen. Really though Id like to see Williams fight a young fighter he has been fighting old men and joke competition for too long. Maybe if he stepped up the competition and kept fighting unknown but top 10-20 fighters he would have built up a reason for top PPV class fighters to fight him.

Williams doesn't have the hand or foot speed of Oscar and isn't a technical boxer. He's right in front of you the whole time. The height advantage is only about two inches, and the reach advantage would be negated because Paul loops his punches whereas Tito's are straight. The Winky argument is null and viod.
