Is Wlad the most underrated hw champ ever?

Considering he's beaten most of the other strap holders and seems pretty solid right now is his past reputation and some fans hatred of the best hw right now the reason so many underrate him? I think if you compare him to Lewis Wlad looks just as good as the last dominant hw champ.

All time greats don't lose to fighters like Ross Purity, Lamon Brewster, or even Corrie Sanders. Wlad is the only top 10 heavyweight that Sanders ever beat.
