Jnr Middle is up to 154, but Welter is up to 147, so if you weigh in at 148, you can't fight below Jnr Middle. In the days of same day weigh ins, Pac would have had to fight Oscar at Jnr Middle.Last edited by Dave Rado; 08-04-2009, 08:07 PM.Comment

Floyd's fight night weights are published, and he usually weighs 147. Against Judah he only weighed 146. Even when he fought Oscar for the Jnr Middleweight title, Floyd's fight night weight was only 148. Google is your friend.Comment

Why desnt Pac fight him at 147 then? Why create this big hassel for everyone and de-legitamatize the 147WW belt in the process? CLEARLY everyone know its an advantage. Roach knows, Pac knows, Arum knows, even Cotto knows despite the quote your holding on for dear life to....what do you expect Cotto to say?
"It will be very hard for me to come down in weight and it may affect my stamina and punch resistance but I really want the money from this fight..."
Hes not gonna say that. Hes not gonna show weakness to the world even if it is a concern.
THINK.

Are you sure that its fight night weights? I know Floyd weighed 147 against Hatton, 150 against Oscar and 146 against Judah during weigh in and not on fight night. Its impossible that Oscar weighed 150 during weigh in and 148 during fight nightComment
