Kessler's statement is that Palle didn't live up to the contract and provide the fights.
As manager B.Palle was in a position to negotiate her salary with herself, not looking after Kesslers interests like she was supposed to.

Kessler has a great case, and team Sauerland must agree since they signed him.

Every Dane with success in sports leaves the country. The latest "sportsman of the year" award in Denmark has all gone to Monaco residents. (Wozniacki, Tom.K, Kessler). Paying Danish tax doesn’t justify Team.P ripping Kessler off. Besides he generates more cash flow in Denmark than just the taxes.

In truth Palle has done nothing but hold back Kessler in the past couple of years with his incompetency, unable to sign the fights that he needed to. Surely he invested in Kessler and helped make him a name in boxing but Kessler choosing to sign with another promoter is no different from Calzaghe/Hatton leaving Frank Warren, he was simply not doing his job anymore.

I'm sure Kessler has a good case against Palle, otherwise he wouldn't have done what he did.

Somebody has suggested that the alleged 'ghostwriter' might be Palle's american agent Michael Marley. I don't know if that is the case since marley also happens to be the american agent of Team Sauerland....

Maybe Kessler feels the Venezuelan Viking Perdomo is too much of a warrior for him.

The contract thing could be interesting. Most contracts do have terms and stipulations so I highly doubt it's a clear as Palle is making it out to be.

I bet Sauerland read it and saw an out, and went over it with their lawyers.

Oh, I know why. I am just practing the Danish habit of people warning people not to think they are better than others, or having more success.
