    I agree with you Jones would prolly win but i think it would be a close low contact fight because both are too smart to get dominated.

    I know you already know this but remember Hopkins then was no where near the fighter he was in say.................2001.

      On a more serious note, Roy takes this. Bernard is/was a very good boxer.

          I think roy is a better fighter, but i think nard going up and beating tarver was just as impressive as roy beating toney

                    Fair point but Toney was a top 3 pound for pounder - considered by many #1 - already a two division champ and had never lost (44-0). And not to mention is a better fighter than Tarver.

                      total agree. and Roy fight Tarver when past his prime. Jones prime end at fight with Ruiz
