Roy Jones vs Bernard Hopkins. Who is better in his prime??

Two of the best boxers of the 90s. Roy win against Bernard in 1994 in a fight that i think Bernard have a litle advantage because Roy have probles with the weight.
But then Hopkins win against Tito, Oscar and have better resume than Jones.
In your opinion who is the best

Roy was the more talented fighter but Bernard fought the better and more meaningful fights.Who will people talk about more 30 years from now, the man with the talent or the man who fought the bigger named opponents in his era? In my opinion, its Bernard.
