Two of the best boxers of the 90s. Roy win against Bernard in 1994 in a fight that i think Bernard have a litle advantage because Roy have probles with the weight.
But then Hopkins win against Tito, Oscar and have better resume than Jones.

I agree. Roy was supernatural. I don't think anyone even came close to giving him a challenge until he came down from (what was it, 193?) heavyweight to face Tarver.
