Not at all. Diaz was cut in the late rounds by a punch after being on the wrong end off an ass whooping all night long.

Obviously the commentators were pulling for Diaz, and were sucking his nuts up until the point where it was clear that Diaz was in trouble, but Nate was in control of that fight from round 1.

Diaz didn't have that option. If my memory serves me correct, he was cut in the 8th or 9th round of a one sided fight.

Nate is slipping sliding, blocking, catching, rolling. The best Bradley could manage was glancing blows.

You say Nate wouldn't have been able to keep up with Bradley? Nate wasn't burning energy, Nate didn't have to keep up with anyone. He was fighting at his pace, and eventually Bradley would have had to slow down to his pace.

I don't think there is any question that at the very least, Nate would have made it a difficult 12 rounds for Bradley with a healthy eye, and there is a good possibility he could have taken the win.
Bradley wasn't burning energy either, that's the way he fights he is a very active fighter. Granted three rounds isn't exactly enough to predict how the whole fight would have gone, but Bradley always fights at that pace so Nate would have had to come up with something to do other than slip and slide trying to not get hit by punches. When they fought inside Nate was landing cleaner but the fight Bradley was clearly winning the fight outside, and Nate wasn't dominating inside.

Right, Bradley wasn't burning energy, thats why he had punched himself out and was holding on by the end of the 3rd round right?

But given the opportunity, any intelligent fighter who knows the rules, would protect themselves with the rules put in place.

Heart is what carries a fighter to fight through cuts, broken hands, torn muscles when it happens beyond round 4. ******ity is what makes them do it when it happens before.

He would have been fine the next round. He had spent the whole 3rd round beating on a Nate Campbell who decided to cover up on the ropes and complain to the ref while waiting for the round to end rather than try and fight.

Fine just like Taylor was fine after he spent all his energy trying to KO Pavlik right?

upon review, after the headbutt, that huge flurry of bradleys only managed two glancing blows on nates head the rest missed or were blocked.
