If that happens, the WBO will "sell" the title to Pacquaio for the $150,000 sanctioning fee and will demonstrate once again why the sanctioning bodies have no credibility; and if it happens, Pacquaio will have no credibility either. I agree with Cotto. He has given up enough already with the money and the weight. I hope he sticks to his stance.
