I heard in the story that Pacquiao and Mayweather may be negotiating a fight behind closed doors as well. So does this mean that Marquez has to knock Mayweather out to get the victory and we've got another Clottey-Cotto scenario on our hands? It sounds like it to me.

What alot of you are forgetting is that manny's last 2 shocking wins are less then a solo fight gone 12 rounds.

      Oscar was scared to swing.

And hatton didnt even touch him, then he fell sound asleep with his open march.

= no compettion for manny. In and out GONE.Hasn't been
      true welterweight tested.

Cotto presents an argumentable problem.Equivaling a test for manny.
In boxing anything could happen in any round.Rest assure that thunderous 2 round punch won't land on cotto.

You have to realize that most of these guys get in there and fight on heart. I fight with smarts. There is no fighter that is smarter than me. Most of these fighters are ABC, 1-2-3. I am like 4-5-6 levels above them, that’s why I’m able to beat them.

        Floyd Mayweather Jr.

At least PAC's ulcer is real. Is that Mayweather's excuse why he was pummeled by Hatton for several rounds? The same reason why he almost lost to DLH?
If by fighters he refers to corley, bruseles, gatti, sharmba mitchell, zab judah (little better), and baldomir then its obvious why he sees no need to use his A or B game. Man up Floyd!!

there's rumrs that manny has stomach ulcers. if he can handle the pain this can be a positve because how his ulcers feel is exactly what he will feel after the cotto body shots.

All you have to do is

Compare the PPV numbers agaisnt common opponents and you will see Floyd did MUCH better than Manny.
Yeah! The tickets of Floyd vs. JMM is already sold out. That's why they postponed it to September.

I dont think pac really wants the cotto fight.... its too much of a gamble if he were to lose his chances of a big pay day with mayweather are most likely gone. But then again pac is known for playing mind games with arum before fights so who knows lol

That's why he got knocked out by a check hook by Floyd who was
moving backwards? Oscar De La Hoya who got his trigger jammed
by Floyd and out landed in every punch category?
I'm delusional, You're blind. You adore Floyd so much that you refuse to see.
Hatton was knocked out but he repeatedly hit Floyd with bombs. DLH was winning that fight. He hit Floyd at will until he stopped punching in the late rounds. Floyd didn't got DLH trigger jammed. DLH simply stopped pulling the trigger.

I watched the Hatton fight several times and in NO WAY was Floyd
ever hurt in that fight with Hatton. He broke Hatton down and knocked
him out, exactly what he said he was going to do prior to the match up.
De La Hoya pressured the fight because he was the bigger man but
Floyd out boxed him, fought the bigger man smart and won, with the
gloves Oscar wanted, ring and he was sparring with Mosley. Oscar
was at his comfortable weight at 154 weighing 160 and Floyd weighed
                  148. Why wouldn't the fight be competitive? Wasn't like Oscar was
fighting at a weight class he hasn't in 10 years right? Adore Floyd?
Just because I see what exactly happened I adore him?

Like morales & barrera. He fought a bum in david diaz. An old dehydrated oscar, a washed up and over hyped ricky hatton. Truth be told manny has fought bums. Floyd atleast for the exception on welter weight has faced much better opposition. Hell i would ove liked to see pacman vs judah, gatti, corley, castillo. He has fought only one elite fighter in his prime or maybe a little past and tied and barely won the second, juan manuel marquez. So i know manny is very exciting but lets not get lost in the hype.
