You really think Hatton would fight Cotto at this moment in his career? lol.. the guy may be fat and drunk right now, but he's not insane..

just give the contract to hatton when he is drunk and let him sign the contract at that moment.

If you knew how to read 'english' you would have understood I was defending PAC on the 'catchweight' issue.

prior to the WW's was/is impressive and he fought ALL top
prime fighters/Champions. Floyd did what Pacquiao
is doing now and that's capitalizing off of his fame in the
sport of Boxing. To say Floyd is scared of Mosley is
ludicrous considering Floyd chased Oscar/Mosley to 147,
went to Mosley/Vargas 2 and called him out on numerous
occasions. All of this is documented.
Grustler, are you saying Floyd fought ALL top prime/fighters at 140? You said every division before WW.

I think you should adjust your argument to "before 140 and 147 floyd tested himself and was a real champion." You are acting like he did something at 140. Plus there were a couple of LW's he should have fought- Casamayor, Freitas (while he was undefeated and ko'ing everyone).

I don't think Floyd has been fully tested at 147 and won't act like he was.
140 he had a few fights, not many at all. But on Floyd's behalf he did
call out all the best after every fight and none of the guys he called out
ever said anything and all of it is documented. 130/135 Floyd got it in.

            FLOYD GOT AT EVERYONE.

He is over there trying to convince the world that these guys are the "2 best boxers in the world", when Cotto isn't even the best one in Puerto Rico.... or second best (1.calderon 2.lopez).

Looks like Pac is trying to get more money or waiting for a fight with Floyd...
there is that possibility that roach still prefer floyd than cotto for manny.
they can stall on signing the contract and "quietly" negotiate with may camp.
the $1 question is: is floyd ready to fyt manny without his "TUNE-UP" fyt???
his lawyers...err, fans said floyd needs a tune-up bcoz of his long lay-off.
chances are floyd's counter-offer is for manny to wait until he dispose of jmm....for his tune-up!!

All you have to do is

Compare the PPV numbers agaisnt common opponents and you will see Floyd did MUCH better than Manny.
manny was nothing compared to floyd......years ago!
                but not anymore......not today!!
floyd is not drawing flies to his ****...
                while everything is attracted to manny.....like a fuc**n ****.

the oscar fyt was at 145 catchweight...officially and in the contract.
with oscar paying $1M for every pound in excess of 145.
with option to pull out if oscar will weigh in >147 .
