Why does Paul Williams look like this then? 12 round fight mind you.

Also, how does plaster harden with no oxygen? If it is continuously wet(sweaty hands) and gets little to no air(gauze directly over hands and taped down gloves). How can it harden?

margarito was one of my favorite fighters. i loved his blue collar, hard working, avoided fighter label, & tough man persona.

not anymore. how can u after the mosley fight?
He hit him alot. Theres no proof that he cheated in the fight, no factual solid proof whatsoever. Cotto hit Margorito with everything he had and IMO was as crisp and fast as i have ever seen Cotto. The problem was his punches didnt hurt the man at all. Getting hit alot is the main problem with the Pacman fight, as you stated Margorito doesnt punch fast and is kinda sloppy. Pacman throws alot and is compared to margorito a very clean puncher. The only aspect of the fight that i do find interesting is that Pacman has been Ko'd by body shots and Cotto used to be a good body puncher, i say used to because it seems like he has abandoned it. On the flip side Cotto gets hit alot and allows himself to get hit alot, he will not be able to run from pacman very effectively and if Cotto allows himself to get hit on top of what will land on speed anyway he's in big trouble. thats also why i feel Cotto has alot to lose in this fight and should be rewarded a little more with money or weight or maybe offer him a Pavlik deal where he doesnt have to risk his title. Pacman lose he still gets the JMM fight someday, Cotto loses and he is all but done outside of fighting Margorito and theres no way he wants to do that.

Dont be dumb. He gets swollen up because he eats shots. Cotto willingly ate shots, thats what happens in boxing. You dont want to get swollen up? Chin down, Hands up! Cotto did -> Chin up, hands down.

that doesnt even make sense brah. & yes bill clinton's been cheating on hillary. they dont call him slick willie for nothing.

tony has no right to talk about physical advantages & disadvantages.

Yes its a mental thing, When you know the limit is 147 but you're not allowed to go over 145 then it would affect you, If there was NO pressure for him to make 145 then he would probably come in at 146 or 145 but the fact that the contract states he cant go over 145 when you know the limit is 147 would play on his mind.

as for the topic though I think Cotto beats Manny easier than people think. see no one really goes for Manny's body, this will be Manny's hardest fight since Juan Manuel Marquez and possibly since Erik the 1st time. Manny doesn't do well with good boxers, his fast hands will be the only thing saving him but with a good body attack and solid defense all of which Miguel Cotto has I just can't see Manny winning.. thing is people think about Manny and think damn he's too crazy or fast for Cotto but they forget who Cotto is, they forget Cotto has faced men whom were stronger and equally if not faster than Manny, he is a very good solid fighter with all around skills while manny is a slugger with a game plan, he throws smart punches in a reckless way, he'll throw uppercuts which are Cotto's weakness but he'll open himself up in the process for countershots which is Cotto's specialty..

I say Cotto proves too much for him, I say Cotto shows that he is not damaged goods as most of you like to say, he's going to box effectively over 12 rounds using Boxing fundamentals, circling the ring, using the jab, moving his upper body and his legs and bringing a big body assault to take away Manny's speed, his speed being the only 1 thing that I see that can save him. while Cotto is weak to the uppercut and Manny doesn't seem to have that 1 shot he just can't handle I still see Cotto effectively staying away from the bigger and badder shots without at least himself ****ing back harder. it will boil down to skills and heart and also endurance, I think Cotto takes this one and I will be looking forward to bettiing on this down the line, peace..

Your right actually....we will never know really.....seriously though, Marg just plain has Cotto's number. I hope the rematch happens sometime, think it will go the same way as last time.

How does it not make sense? He attempted to cheat, yes. Has he cheated? No. Why? No proof he has cheated.

Look at Lujan, which happened way before cotto and Pwill. Look at Clottey and look at Pwill(perfectly fine after 12rnds). Now look at Cotto. Margarito didn't cheat. You can't pick and choose which fight he cheated in. It's either he always cheated or he never did.

From the looks of it. He never did. Unless Margarito says, "yes, I cheated." Until then, he has never cheated.

sadly that's not a majority opinion from boxing fans & media & that incident vs mosley will forever taint his career.
