now when comparing who will be a tougher fight for Mayweather.

if you say cotto...Primarily based on size..
    then you are wrong.

Because if that is the case.
Then the Oscar of 2007 was and is a tougher fight for Floyd than a Cotto fight ever will be. because that Oscar was bigger, stronger, and had more power than cotto... and Floyd still won that fight.

    Size doesnt always wins fights.
    Skills win fights
    Brains wins fights
    Experience wins fights

If sizes always wins fights we wouldn't have fighters winning titles in 3 4,5,and 6 weight classes

Skills have a bigger part to winning fights
    than size does.

    History proves that!

Juan M. Marquez is a better fighter than Cotto..
JMM is better in every boxing catergory than cotto.
JMM is smarter and has more experience than cotto

and the only thing cotto has on JMM is size and power.

but is size and power tHe primary weapon a fighter will have to have to beat floyd?

when has that ever worked against floyd?

Zab Judah showed you that a fighter who has some kind of skill set will give floyd trouble.

Carlos Baldomir showed you that you will need more than size to beat floyd
Deigo Corralles showed you that you will need more than power to beat floyd
Oscar De la hoya showed you that you will need more than size and power to beat floyd.

    So with that said...

How is Cotto a tougher fight than JMM?
From a boxing stand point can someone explain

    .

I would to say, **** YOU to all my haters...
And I am glad I am finally proven right..!!

At WW, definitely Cotto....At Super featherweight? Definitely Marquez....What do you think would have happened if Floyd fought Marquez @ 135?

Is that a joke dude? If you really think jmm is harder for floyd then cotto is then you need your head examined.

And they are saying than Miguel Cotto is a tougher fight for floyd than JMM for the same reasons..

              figures...

I just need for somebody to explain to me how stylistically Cotto is a tougher fight for Mayweather rather than JMM...

when stylistically JMM does everything better than Cotto!
              Last night proved my point..

I'm an admitted Cotto hater myself, but JMM would need to beat someone at least on Collazo's caliber for me to believe that he could even come close to being competitive with the top five of the division. I do think a lot of people are underrating him too.

JMM is a great fighter who is better than cotto period.
He brings more to the table from a fighting standpoint. than cotto could ever bring.
I Just need to rub this in some more..

WHAT THE *** ARE PEOPLE SMOKING

regardless of even weight and the fact that Marquez is a featherweight not a WW, his style was made for FMJ. Marquez is a counter puncher, he is not very good at attacking.

sheer ******ity, Cotto is a much harder style for Mayweather because he likes to attack.
