Ibraginov WOW that is all I am going to say about that fight..Lefty
Bonecrusher and Tucker were fights from Tysons prime.

After Carl Williams it was down hill and he never reached a high again.

The only critisim I have of Wlad is, why doesn't he throw body punches? With Chagaev's guard up high most of time, he was open for the body all night. I think, had Wlad mixed it up a little more he could have got his man out of there sooner and in a more entertaining fashion. Klitschko totally neglects the body when it could be a great addition to his offensive..

why go to the body. wlad was permanently changing chagaevs facial structure with his left jab. at will. whenever he wanted to.
and bizzarly, few have mentioned, chagaev was accomodating wlad by constantly moving to the right. right into wlads money punch. realy just think how much less chagaev would of got tagged if he was moving away from that jab. bizzare.

When you start going 'down stairs' it lowers the opponents guard and gives opportunities to score cleaner head shots. It also enables you to throw combinations and helps 'soften up' your opponent much quicker and thoroughly. The body attack is a great offensive tool that is underutilized by Wlad..

            Sorry mister. You fail.

            PS: Wlad is scared????? GTFO.
I fail huh? Nah bro, Klit has failed to bring excitment tot he HW division.
And you fail for bringing up an all time great like Ali, you shouldnt compare the greatest to Klit....Klit is boring gtfoh..nuff said

I once said recently that the divisions been in transition for 10 years but it's alot worse than I imagined.these eastern Europeans better start fighting more in the states so people can get familiar or we might have to many heavyweight boxing events in north America.this was horrible to read.I hope those #s are wrong...we need slugfest wars not fencing matches.wlad is the one man who could change it...start taking risks & fight to destroy not to win.we need another holyfield, tyson, lewis, etc.boxing needs to thrive in the states are it may die off.thank heavens for the lower weight classes.151000 viewers I'm still shocked.heavyweight boxing is dying off fast.all you klit fans I hope you read this thread because it's NOT good for boxing if the heavyweights are not succeeding in the states.

I wanted to see the fight but I couldn't at 5 in the afternoon. No way. They didn't advertise it. I only knew about it because I come to this site everyday. If they had it on at 10PM EST I would have seen it. 5PM. Sorry, couldn't make it, I work on Saturdays. I couldn't make it if it was Mayweather-Pacquiao.

You fail to adress the issue 'bro'.

You said a true champion gets underserving opponents out quick. How would you characterize Ali's second reign with that statement in mind?

He neglects the body because it brings his head into range. He would have to bend his knees and dig low to hit Chagaev's body.

Wlad makes Cory Spinks look like Paul Williams.

Ali, Holmes and Lewis would be considered boring on the message boards if they were fighting in this era. Why didn't Ali, Holmes and Lewis fight like a "prime 2-4 fights" Tyson (slugging throwing lots of hooks and uppercuts) instead of being "boring" and winning by using their dominant jabs?
