Cotto dehydrates a significant amount of water to make 147lbs... having to cut anymore and say that it WONT effect him whatsoever isnt accurate IMO.

Then he should fight at 154 or 160 then if it's so unfair to cotto.

If it was Floyd, who doesnt dehydrate 13lbs to make weight.. Id think it was 100% Fair.

But for Cotto, who dehydrates THAT much already... I can see it making him weaker... HOW MUCH weaker?> Well I cant possibly comment on that.. But dehydrating yourself makes you weaker in general, let alone extending how much you have to dehydrate now.

MY REAL beef with the catch weight is... if you wanna beat the welterweight champion, so that you can become the welterweight champion, you should do it at welterweight.
