145= WELTERWEIGHT.

I dont see any rules broken here. not the first time in history.

Some fans just assume that a fighter has to weigh in at the weight limit everytime.

Pac came in at 138, does this make him a jr. ww. Or Cotto weigh in at 146, does this make him a ww.

There's gonna be a **** storm if Cotto looks like **** at 145. I know it's just 2 pounds, but would it have been sooo hard for Manny to make those same 2 pounds for a fight at 147?
The 2 pound difference is bein requested for the sole purpose of hurting Cotto.....and if it does hurt Cotto, lol there's gonna be a **** storm. But I seriously doubt that will happen, because even if it does, it's still gonna be a war for a period of time.

It's not two pounds, it's one. He weighed 146 in his last fight and was not anywhere near drained.
