if the contract stipulates the belt then it is. in my opinion 145 is close enuf. if the fitght would have been made at 143 then Ģi would not clasify it as a welterwight championship.

two different fighters though. Cotto has only struggled against big muscley powerful dudes like margarito and clottey. Pac is a little shrimp that was at 130. Cotto should on paper win the fight no matter what.

Bigger or not, they both apply pressure... and so will Pac... for all 12 rounds, nonstop..
