I'd like to see the fight at 147. Having Cotto come in at 145 is still an unfair advantage for Pac. 143 is INSANE. He'd probably get knocked out with the first punch that lands. He'd be dehydrated as hell. I remember YEARS ago Cotto looked like a skeleton trying to make 140. Manny step up and fight him at 147 and you will get FULL credit if you beat him. Beating Cotto at a weight he is not comfortable at will not be a good win.

I've cut weight many times in my life, and it makes a lot of damage to your fighting ability if you get to much drained.

Those 2 pounds can really be a difference maker, sometimes it's even impossible to cut 1 last pound and not get hurt.

I see why Cotto isn't accepting this BS demand, and is sticking to 144-145, smart move from him, and ***** move by Roach if he want's Cotto to go low as 142-143. Especially after all the stuff he talked about how he doesn't wan't some guys to train anymore, because of injuries they sustained etc.

I discount the Dela Hoya win completely, he was a walking zombie that night because he had to kill himself to make weight and Cotto will struggle as well, if he comes in at 144/143.
