Pacquiao’s Choice Should Be a Real "Welterweight" Fight

People asking the fight at 147 for Pac/Cotto should also agree for Floyds/Marquez at 147. but I see a lot here who posted floyd is a ***** for asking marquez fight in 144.

That's because Floyd's fans claim he's not a natural Welterweight - they say he's still a natural Jnr Welterweight. If that's the case, he should fight Marquez at 140.

Also, Marquez is still a natural Super Featherweight, who struggled physically with stronger opponents even at Lightweight and only beat them because of his outstanding skills. Whereas Pac is now a natural Jnr Welterweight, who was clearly at least as physically strong as Hatton in the ring. So the weight difference is much smaller in the case of Cotto-Pac.

Plus Cotto has already fought almost all of the top Welterweights, whereas Floyd has not, despite calling himself the Welterweight champion.

Pac would fight anyone at any weight. I guess he has no qualms fighting at 147. It's Roach and his team who pushes this catchweight too much.

Tasted 140 limit with hatton.Crushed him.

Point of view outcome of both fights= Pac didnt lose power,and speed is there.

If Cotto's WBO WW Title is gonna be on the line then it should be at 147, simple as. If Pac doesn't want to fight a WW at 147. Then fight Bradley or someone else at 140. The truth is that Team Pac and Roach fancy the weight drained version of Cotto we used to see at 140. Pacquiao is the man in charge and should agree to fighting a WW at 147. Leave no questions marks over the result of the fight.
