perhaps, he should have came over earlier when he did have power.

pbf is way more well known in england then dlh. Theres no comparison. Also floyd isnt hated imo, it seems that most americans hate him but the brits quite like him.I know i do.

waited too long to make his mark. He should have made a much more concerted effort to come earlier & force roy & bhop to have to fight him by fighting in america often.

early in his career he had solid power but his hands have broken so many times he is very careful and had 2 adapt his style to that,he still has decent pop.i dont see why people call him just a slapper,he must be a bit more than that,or surely the future hall of famers and undefeated young champions would have beat him wouldnt they?

joe calzaghe DID have one punch K.O power early in his career before his hand problems and credit to him for adapting and not just quiting the sport full stop because of his brittle hands which alot of boxers would. and the fact that he ramained undefeated is a testimant to what a great boxer joe was

Calzaghe's whole fighting style was boring. He had no punching power, his speed was nothing special, his reflexes weren't great, the footwork wasn't something to talk about and maybe the most important one he had no charisma or whatsoever.

The only thing he had was stamina and those flurry of "punches".

I can't speak for others but for me, yes, his lack of one punch power was one part of why I was never really a fan of his. He is talented, but it's not a style of fighting I enjoy.

How many people did he flatten with one punch early in his career and quality of fighter were they?

if he would have fought good competition, in america, against american opponents, i wouldnt have had a problem with him. it really got on my nerves when he beats up on old rjj, he says hes the legend killer. that really bugged me cuz true fans know roy kills him in their primes. he was a good skilled boxer.
