Antonio Margarito? A coward? A cheat?

I might be reaching here but there were a lot of things surrounding that night. Tony was not 100% that night, mentally nor physically. His mind wasn't in the fight, I saw him come out with a look of defeat, his whole corner was nervous, I know people will say that it was due to the fact that he got caught cheating but think about it, a boxer needs to be 110% mentally prepared before a fight, there can't be any interruptions, it must be nervewrecking to come out specially to a fight as big as it was against Mosley, a full house Staples Center, the burden of carrying the country of Mexico on his back and then having to go through that whole hand wrap mental disruption before such a big fight, whether or not he knew about the wraps, that has got to be a lot of pressure for a fighter, and it happened minutes before the fight, he probably didn't even have time to warm up.
Secondly it was reported a few weeks before the fight that he wasn't in the best shape either, that he struggled with his weight and it was obvious, even on the weight in he didn't look confident, and came in a pound less than 147, and Tony never misses the mark. Then the whole wrap **** after the fight, people passing around evidence like a hot potato, the lack of proof before the hearing about what kind of substance was on the wraps, the whole thing was a circus act. HBO doing a piece of the Balco incident with Mosley prior to the fight, how ironic don't you think?
I think that HBO and the California commissioning just pulled the trigger to set an example that boxing is a "clean sport", since a week prior to this there was the scandal in baseball with Arod and the other players, and who better to put on the hot seat than a not so "skillful" Mexican boxer who was the major underdog 6 months ago against one of the biggest HBO house fighters Miguel Cotto. I don't discard the possibility that Capetillo did try to alter the wraps somehow but it was not as big as they claimed to be, more like adding extra gauze on the gloves but plaster of paris?
Tony's camp must have known that he was not 100% prior to the fight, there weren't many reports of his training camp, and they knew Mosley has a solid chin and not the underdog everyone thought he would be. I mean everyone thought Mosley had nothing left after that lackluster performance against Mayorga, I was one of the people who wrote him off, but he proved everyone wrong and fought a perfect fight. But let me say this, if none of these setbacks would of happened, it would of been a much different fight, Tony wasn't 100% when he fought Mosley and the wraps had nothing to do with it.Comment

You're a mark for Margarito. He could have brought an AX in the ring with him and you still would make excuses and condone his actions. Your opinion on this topic is worthless. He tried to cheat and got his ass beat. Did you "bleed out of your ass" that night like your sig says?Comment

I don't need to Red K anybody.
I think the fact that you're willing to look at every other possible scenario OTHER then the fact Margarito may have cheated in the Cotto fight, says that I'm not the dense one here, and I'm not the one reaching..
The fact that you can sit here and dissect every single scenario of why margarito WOULDNT EVER have cheated against cotto... but will NOT even entertain the SLIGHTEST idea that Cotto was his toughest test in his entire life, and he had just the same reason to cheat as he did against Mosley, I think is a bit ridiculous.Comment

I will hate him all I want. He cheated. Plain and simple!
And then he wants to insult the fans by telling us he was totally cluecless about the plaster. He took a mans 0 by cheating. He had an unfair advantage. They took his bricks away and he became nothing more than a human punching bag who had a ****** smile on his face while he was getting knocked out and getting up. The man enjoys pain and he should be fighting in MMA he would do a lot better since he enjoys pain so much.Comment

So how did he ko cintron and make him cry the first time then? That was before williams. Did plaster help him rip leija's ear off? That was before williams as well. Of course everything is possible. Its possible you can get laid tonight even though you probably won't. So you saying its possible is common ***en sense. Just like its possible tito had loaded gloves against vargas. And ur mayweather pic iin ur sig is a joke. Kind of hard to take you morons serious, but this is the internert and thus where you kids act ur ageComment
