this is just getting ******ed. the plaster when is fresh you will see it in liquid or powder form thats how DR's shape it maybe an arm an ankle whatever, then it hardens little by little 15-45mins i have seen it done many times,i work in a hospital. so you def not gonna see a block of plaster popping out of the wraps. the sweat and water that gets in the wraps will activate the plaster elements that makes it get hard.

Then how was Richardson aware of it if it was liquid form, he said the wraps were heavy and a piece of concrete fell out of the wraps. How did it hardened that fast if they had just finished wrapping his hands?
