It's funny how slick-type fighters like Whitaker and Wilfred Benitez are punch drunk while people who weren't exactly defensive whizzes like George Chuvalo, George Foreman speak fine. I never understood that.

Yeah, Vargas sounds like he has a little of the fat tongue syndrome.

Can someone give me any examples of any mexican legends or fighters who sound punch drunk or show effects of their careers?

Muhammad Ali was hit badly only in his last 2-3 fights yet had Parkinson`s disease.

Yeah, I noticed that. I noticed that in Mayweather's last few interviews too.

Ok, only from Frazier till he retired. But before that, he was bragging about his face being pretty, rarely hit.

In fact, if he didn`t take the Holmes fight, it is possible he may not have had Parkinson.

Yep, For some reason alot of African-american fighter seem to end up slurring there words or sound punch drunk, Even Joe frazier sounds like that, Ken norton who i listen to in an interview recently sound pretty much punch drunk as well.

If funny because you would expect someone like Duran or Erik Morales to sound like that.
