Punch drunkenness. Of course, fighters with the typical brawling or agressive style burn out quicker.

Can someone give me any examples of any mexican legends or fighters who sound punch drunk or show effects of their careers?

I was just thinking about this yesterday! Wasnt Pernell Whitaker supposed to be a defensive technician and look how he ended up. Meldrick Taylor was a slick boxer and look what happened. And so on. I never notice any signs of the top mexican fighters being punch drunk. Maybe it really has to do something with genetics?

Juan Manuel Marquez, and his fixation to avenge his loss to Pac, making a crazy health risk by challenging PBF.

Oscar dela Hoya, Eric Morales, Barrera. All predictions were wrong about Pacquiao, no longer realistic. The last two wanna kill themselves in old age (addiction to boxing, being hit).

Cesar Chavez Sr. looks old for his age and moves like an old man.

Mexicans have no regard for pugilistic dementia.

Larios is brain damaged and was banned from fighting in Nevada (I think) and inexplicably went over to Japan and ended up winning the WBC Featherweight title against Takahiro Aoh. In your face Nevada State Athletic Commission!
