Good post.
I don't think people actually take the BNP seriously, they are only voting for them because they are disillusioned with the current system. The government are to blame for letting the country slip into the state it is today.
I'm all for foreign immigration to fill up lower paid jobs, but not at the expense of British workers. People always argue that British people dont want to do these jobs, but the millions of people in jobcentres up and down the country argue otherwise. We need to limit foreign immigration, and free up jobs for British workers. We need to make sure the welfare system is not abused, and we need to stop wasting tax payers money.
And if you want to live in Britain, you don't have to forget your past roots and religion, but you will damn well respect ours. I'm tired of hearing Polish, Pakistani, and African immigrants complain about our lifestyle. If you don't like it go back home.
IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It
I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some
individual or their culture. Since the ********* attacks on Bali, we
have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.
However, the dust from the attacks had barely settled when the
"politically correct" crowd began complaining about the possibility
that our patriotism was offending others. I am not against immigration,
nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by
coming to Australia.
However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to
our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand.
This idea of Australia being a multicultural community has served only
to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Australians, we
have our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own
lifestyle.
This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials
and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.
We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese,
Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part
of our society, Learn the language!
'In God We Trust' is our National Motto. This is not some Christian,
right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian
men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this
is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on
the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you
consider another part of the world as your new home, Because God is
part of our culture.
If the Southern Cross offends you, or you don't like 'A Fair Go',
then you should seriously consider a move to another part of this
planet.
We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, And we
really don't care how you did things where you came from.
This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you
every opportunity to enjoy all this.
But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag,
Our Pledge, Our National Motto, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage
you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom,
'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.
If you aren't happy here then just leave! We didn't force you to come
here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.
Pretty easy really, when you think about it.
thats pretty much how i feel about immigrationComment

The reason that people have adopted Australia as a country is because there is opportunities present-that should not be rubbed in the faces of those who migrate here. You guys make it sound like you have built this country on your own. Remember,a lot of immigrants built this country-does that make them more or less Aussie than you-because they were actually a part of progressing this country from the backwards place it was.
This is not your Christian "god's" country,This country was stolen from Aboriginals and not found on the basis of religion.I wonder what your attitude would be with all these rigid ideas if Aboriginals asked you to abide by their culture.
The "like it or leave it" attitude can be very problematic and promotes remaining stagnant.Luckily Australia is a country of freedom, and it is that very freedom that gives us the right to voice our opinions and collectively change what is determined to be just or unfair. There is always room for improvement, and just as a lot of "true blue" boys ***** about immigrants,it is a country that is having its final gasp of air with a ****genized cultureless Australia-Be thankful that many people have migrated here and enriched this country with several cultures- tell me what culture the convicts have brought, give people a reason to idolize your beliefs-because that is why that old fashioned attitude is nearly dead-it simply isn't a defined enough culture to remain. That "culture" you assume everyone to respect is just the remnants of british convict culture that is best wiped away.
Welcome to the new Australia-can YOU accept it,I hope so,because at least those "migrants" would have a home to go back to,do you?Comment
